Coca-Cola BOD Case Study
Vancouver, British Columbia – June 14th 2019
Our most recognized, trusted retailers and manufactures came together this past week for the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) Global Summit at the Vancouver Convention Centre in Vancouver, BC.
Clark’s Audio Visual was chosen by a south Florida based Design firm and DMC to help create the onsite executive offices of The Coca-Cola Companies’ Board of Directors. Additionally, Clark’s Audio Visual was tapped to bring the Coca-Cola BOD dinner event to life.
Coca-Cola served as a major sponsor of the CGF.
“From a basic idea, we designed several 8 foot by 6 foot décor walls along with a media wall where we inset a 55” monitor for digital signage. It really brought the extra touches to the space. We are proud to be able to design and create right in house. Having the ability in house also allows us to provide a better value to our clients,” Will Elias, Production Manager, Clark’s Audio Visual.
“For the dinner we help enhance and light the amazing performances. Using our in house partners for the lighting design and projection mapping we added layers of color and imagery to the Vancouver Club’s elegant Ballroom, helping tell a great story,“ says Kevin Rowe, Account Manager, Clark’s Audio Visual.
“Using Clay Paky B-EYE’s, Mac Vipers and wireless LED fixtures we set the scene and created the mood that was the back drop for the performers. What really pushed the design to the next level was the projection.Blending several DPI laser projectors and using ArKaos Media MasterPro we mapped the ceiling and front of the room with custom designs,” Christian Janes, Lighting Designer.
